Nutella is a chocolate spread that is filled with halzenut. It can serve as a spread for your bread, biscuit. I love spreading nutella on my biscuit. And yes it can be used in baking.
This cookies recipe with nutella is very easy. The preparation process takes about fifteen minutes. I love this nutella cookie because it is very easy. You don’t have to go through the stress of creaming your butter and sugar.

In case you do not have Nutella, you can make use of peanut butter. Feel free to fill your cookies with anything. I filled my cookies with the groundnut. You can fill with chocolate chips too.
These cookies can be paired with warm milk!!! Whooshhh. Yum yum yum.
1 Cup of all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoon of butter (heaped)
3 Tablespoon of Nutella (heaped)
1 Large egg
3 Tablespoons of sugar
1/4 Teaspoon of Baking soda
1/8 Teaspoon of Baking powder
A pinch of salt
A teaspoon of vanilla essence
Let’s bake our cookies with Nutella
. Preheat your oven to 180°c and line your baking tray. You can bake on a stove.
. Mix the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
. In a stainless plate, melt the butter and Nutella using the double boiling method or in a microwave. Allow to cool.
. Pour the sugar inside the melted butter and nutella. Mix for a few minutes.
. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the vanilla essence. Pour into the butter and stir.
. Transfer the flour inside the butter. Mix and incorporate the flour into it.
. Pour in the chocolate chips or anything. I used groundnuts.
. Scoop equal quantities of the dough and roll into a ball.
. Place each of the balls on the pan or oven tray and create enough space. Flatten out the ball with a spoon or flatten between your palm.
Bake the cookies for about 20mins, until the edges are brown. The baked would look soft but do not panic.
. Put off the stove or oven. Then allow it to sit in the oven tray for 5minutes.
. Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack or a dry tray. And allow it to cool completely.
. Bake on a medium heat if you are using a stove.
In case your cookies appear puffy, press it down with a spoon immediately before it cools completely.
